We began this term by looking at some of the wonderful work of Zexuis, a group of still life painters who regularly exhibit together, often on a theme.  We borrowed the idea of considering how different painters might approach the same everyday subject, in this case, a dish towel (an Ikea dish towel!)  Below are some of the beautiful, very individual, results!  We send thank and greetings to the Zexuis painters, some of whom are friends and former teachers of mine.
